Established in 1995 by NTC (Egypt’s largest IT holding company), NTG was primarily specialized in POS systems, electronic transaction processing, enterprise printing & print finishing, Smart Card applications. Fully acquired by Ezzeldin Ahmad (veteran IT executive, EFT expert) as of Sep 2007 with a paid-in capital: 7.8 M EGP (c $1.4M USD) it has continued to show profitable & cash-flow positive operations. In 2008, it underwent full restructuring, with complete rebuild of the sales organizations. NTG has 52 employees across 3 offices. Operations in Egypt & Algeria.

Strategy

NTG aims to evolve into an operational IT holding Company encompassing a group of highly specialized subsidiaries in various niche segments The subsidiaries’ focus areas are emerging from spin-offs of existing business lines within NTG to become complementary business lines and reflect value chain synergy. NTG is targetting ultra-niche sectors with high barrier to entry and strong market potential.
